Every event and project as a card with an owner, a date, a checklist and a thread. Click a card to open it.
Cards without a status sit by their checklist: anything checked reads as In progress. Moving a card to Done on either board moves it on both.
Weekend
The weekend total is the Auditorium headcount from both services plus Sunday check-ins (Kids and Middle School Class). Every other gathering has its own line and never goes inside the Sunday total.
The headcount check reads the last 8 Sundays: no Auditorium count, overflow above 64, or a count entered hours after its service. Each one lands in Needs you; fix it in Planning Center and it clears after the next sync. A missing tally reads as a drop.
Each gathering with its own headcount in Check-Ins shows here by event. A gathering counted under a Sunday service (NOW on Oct 18) stays inside that Sunday until it gets its own headcount; the headcount check flags it.

Give each person a Command Center role, then adjust anyone on top of it. Anyone without a role (Focus412 included) keeps exactly the tools they have today and never sees this dashboard.
Tool role is what the tools use for people without a Command Center role. For everyone with one, the levels below decide what each tool lets them do. Resetting a PIN or changing a tool role signs that person out everywhere. Every change is backed up first.

Every idea someone sends with Ask for it. Set where it stands and add a line back: they see both under Your asks and in their Since you last looked. Make it a card puts it on Projects & Events in Idea. Requests to open a room or a tool come to Needs you instead, with Approve.
What each level does, room by room
Tap a cell to step through the levels that room or tool offers. Tools are locked on the server too, not just hidden. Engine & Brain and Settings stay yours alone. Experimental items are shared one person at a time from that person's Adjust button.
