cwc.churchops.ai is the House's shared view of the week: Sunday's numbers, the follow-through on guests, the decisions waiting on a person and the projects in motion. It gathers what already lives in Planning Center and our other systems, so nobody has to ask around for a number before a meeting.
The Command Center earns its keep in a few short visits a week, not in long ones. Open it on your phone or at your desk; Pulse is home.
The weekend total for the last 12 Sundays, what needs you, the week at the House and your own pinned panels. The strip at the top tells you what other people changed since you last looked. Tap Got it when you have read it.
Weekend shows the last Sundays side by side: one weekend total each, built from both services and the Sunday check-ins, with every other gathering on its own line. Tap any Sunday for its breakdown. Clear what is yours in Needs you so the huddle starts with decisions already made.
The Thursday Check agent scores the coming Sunday and lists the teams still short. It lands in Needs you as a proposal; a Director decides what to do about it.
Adults never check in, so Headcounts in Planning Center are how Sunday gets counted. Enter each room against its own service the same day. NOW, Fall Family Night and every other gathering get their own event and headcount, never a Sunday service's. A missing tally reads as a drop on every chart.
A decision is anything that is waiting on a person. Agents and people can raise one; only a person can decide it.
Every decision opens into a detail view with the context, a link to where it lives (a Planning Center workflow, a tool, a card) and the Mark decided button.
A decision can be assigned to anyone with a Command Center role. The person sees "yours" on their Pulse and in the strip when they come back.
When a decision turns into work, Make it a project creates a card in Projects & Events with the context and the link carried over.
Rows marked "proposed by an agent" came from one of the keepers below. Accept it and it becomes an ordinary decision; dismiss it and it is gone. Either way, a person made the call.
Three habits that make the House feel small.
Every panel in every room has a pin. Pinned panels gather on your Pulse, live, in the order you drag them. Only you see your pins, and a pin never shows more than your rooms do.
Type a few letters from any room: rooms, decisions, cards, panels, tools and recent Sundays. Enter opens it. Shift+Enter pins a panel. On a phone, the Jump to button at the top does the same.
Light / dark at the foot of the rail follows you into every tool. Change my PIN asks for your current PIN and a new one. Keep it to yourself; Travis can reset it if you are locked out.
Grouped the way the week runs. You see the rooms your role opens, and inside each room the tools that belong to it.
Pulse is home. Projects & Events is the board of cards, by timing (this week, this month, planning, ideas) or by status (Not started, In progress, Waiting, Done).
Sunday's numbers; the guest's path from first visit to serving (The Five, the Catch-Net texts, care follow-ups); leadership layers and the team tools; giving as it settles plus the Beyond campaign; the website and the broadcast.
Mission, values and the pathway, live from CWC Core, and the F412 plan on the four D's. Change Core once in Pathway Studio and it shows everywhere.
Travis's rooms: the health of every piece of the engine, the pages still being tried, and People & access. An Experimental page can be shared with one person by name.
One login opens the Command Center and every tool on cwc.churchops.ai. Your Command Center role (Lead Pastor, Finance Admin, Exec Staff or Support Staff) sets a level for every room and tool; Travis can lift one level for one person without changing the role. The server checks the level on every action, so the page and the rules always agree.
A small Worker copies Planning Center changes into our own numbers vault on a schedule, and rebuilds the trailing weeks every night so late-settling gifts and corrected check-ins land where they belong. Nobody at CWC needs a Planning Center login to read the Command Center.
The weekend total is the Auditorium headcount from both services (plus overflow when the Community Rm is used) and the Sunday check-ins: Kids, nursery included, and Middle School Class. Pulse, Weekend and every breakdown use the same calculation, so they always agree. CWYouth Nights is a midweek line. Other gatherings show on their own and never go inside the Sunday total.
Whenever the House opens, the last 8 Sundays are checked for a count with no Auditorium room, an overflow far above its usual range, or a count entered hours after its service. Each one lands in Needs you with what to fix in Planning Center. Fix it there and it clears after the next sync; if it is right as it is, mark it decided.
When a number has not been measured, the page says so instead of showing a zero. "So far" marks a week still in progress. Last week always means the last full week.
No member or guest profile ever leaves Planning Center. The Command Center shows totals and the names of workflows, lists and teams, with a link into Planning Center where the people are.
Say so. Tell Travis which panel and which Sunday or week, or raise a decision in Needs you with the link. Finding the root cause is how the engine gets better.
A few keepers run on a schedule and read what the systems actually did. They raise proposals in Needs you. They never mark anything done, never message anyone and never edit Planning Center.
Checks every night that the sync ran, that Sunday has a tally and that every weekly number was written. Raises a card for Travis when something is stuck, before a wrong number reaches a screen.
Nightly · 4:00amReads the follow-up workflows in Planning Center as counts and ages. Past eight days on a guest or prayer card, it raises a decision for the Connections lead with a link straight to the workflow.
Daily · 6:30amScores the coming Sunday: teams still short, both services scheduled, tallies in the habit, nothing colliding on the calendar. One number and one short list for the huddle.
Thursday · 9:00amNothing outside the dashboard changes until a person marks a decision done or says go.
Where a person is needed, follow the link into Planning Center. Do not paste names, numbers or stories about guests into the House.
A number that looks off, a room that is slow, a button that did nothing: tell Travis. Every fix starts with someone noticing.
One login per person, so the audit trail and your pins stay yours. Change it from the foot of the rail whenever you like.
Travis Marshall IV, Exec Pastor, keeps the Command Center. Catch him at the House or raise a decision in Needs you and assign it to him.
